Born in a scientific facility, Tiberia was unable to comprehend her circumstances, but always felt pain and knew she was suffering. The truth is, she is a product of unethical scientific experimentation intended to merge the DNA of separate alien species to maximize their potential. Eventually, through a stroke of willpower and luck, Tiberia was able to break away from the facility and swim towards a new life. Despite the hardship, she would eventually find love and acceptance through Vepa, who adopted her as a pet. In gratefulness, Tiberia assists Vepa in her Beach Brawl tournament battles.
